- Due to the nature of PVC material, there may be minor scratches on the collect book cover.
- Slight print shifting may occur during the manufacturing process.
- Due to the characteristics of the transparent material used to make the inner pockets, there may be marks caused by cutting blades or rollers.
- If impurities are found in the opaque middle section rather than the storage side (transparent section), this is not considered a defect.
- There may be black dots or similar marks on the inner lining of the collect book.
- The pressing of inner pages will naturally ease as you fill all pockets to capacity. We do not recommend using a hair dryer as a remedy.

Exchanges and returns are available within 3 days of receiving the product.

[Shipping Fee Policy]  
- Change of mind returns: A refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping fee, and the product and packaging must be in resalable condition.
