The phenomena described above are natural characteristics that may occur during the 3D printing and individual manufacturing process; they do not constitute defects, and exchanges or refunds are not available for these reasons.
In addition, the color of the product may differ slightly from the actual item depending on monitor settings, resolution, and shooting environment.
Please take care when using and storing the product, as applying strong impact or excessive force may cause damage or deformation.

[Exchange & Refund Policy]
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 3 days of the date of receipt.

[Production Cancellation Notice]
If the minimum quantity for a specific option is not met, production of that option will not proceed.
In the event of production cancellation, the full payment amount will be refunded.

[Production & Shipping Information]
This product is manufactured overseas after ordering, then shipped after domestic arrival and inspection.
Production and delivery may take up to 1–3 months.

[Shipping Fee Information]  
- Change-of-mind returns: A refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping fee, and the product and packaging must be in resalable condition.
- Defective returns: A full refund including shipping fees will be issued.
 

[Made-to-Order Product] 
Under the E-Commerce Act, refunds may be difficult if the product has been damaged, if its value has been significantly reduced through partial use, or if the product is individually produced according to the consumer's order and cannot be resold to another consumer.
